Knitting Pattern in English for a Bouclé-Sweater with a decorative lace collar and a cute bow in sizes XS | S | M (L | XL | 2XL) 3XL | 4XL | 5XL.

Structure:
The sweater is worked with 2 different yarn qualities: The lace collar and the bow are worked with merino yarn and in lace pattern. The body and the sleeves are worked in stockinette stitch in a bouclé yarn creating an exciting contrast of a feminine, romantic design element on the one hand and a sportive, comfortable fit on the other hand.
First of all, start to work the collar in lace pattern and add the i-Cord-edging and the i-Cord-straps to the lace collar. Then, stitches are picked up along the inside of the lace collar and the body is worked for a few rows, before the front parts are joined to the round. Then, the yoke is worked in stockinette stitch in the round with raglan increases, until the sleeves are separated from the body. The body is then finished without any increases and the stitches are bound off with an i-Cord-edging. The sleeves are finished the same way as the body has been finished before with the only difference that a bunch of decreases is worked shortly before the wrists to tighten the sleeves around the cuffs and to create a balloon-like-sleeve shape.
The fit is loose and slightly oversized around the bust. The sleeves are relatively wide, but tighten at the cuffs and the edgings are finished off with a neat i-Cord-edging. The little amount of positive ease makes the sweater very comfortable to wear and the classic design is easy to style with a variety of looks and is suitable for a lot of occasions.

Level of difficulty: medium because of the lace collar

Materials:

Collar: 100 | 100 | 100 (100 | 100 | 150) 150 | 150 | 150 g The Merry Merino 140 by Kremke(140 m/ 50 g)

Body and Sleeves: 200 | 200 |250 (300 | 300 | 300) 350 | 350 | 400 g Alpaka Bouclé by Kremke (250 m/50 g)
4 mm and 3.5 mm circular knitting needles (optional: 4 mm double pointed needles/short knitting needles for the sleeves)
Darning needle
Stitch markers/leftovers

Knitting Tension:

Lace Pattern in merino:
10x10 cm = 22 sts x 34 rs in pattern on 3.5 mm knitting needles (wet blocked). Tipp: the stitch count is more important than the row count. I recommend to cast on the stitches for 3 pattern repeats of the lace pattern to test the gauge.
Stockinette Stitch in Bouclé:
10x10 cm = 18 sts x 26 rs in stockinette stitch on 4 mm knitting needles (wet blocked). Tipp: I recommend to wash and block the swatch before casting off the stitches – this will make it easier to figure out the exact number of stitches.
